Our first rap battle on Facebook was so successful, we had to do it again. We received a dozen submissions in our first battle ranging from amateur to seasoned pro. This time, in hopes of getting more participants, we’re extending the battle contest to three weeks and increasing the cash prizes. Read the rules below on how to enter and bookmark this page. We’ll be listing all of the submissions right here. So grab your video camera and start spittin’. It’s your chance to show us what you got.?
Rules:
1. Rap about anything, but King Ice has to be mentioned in the song.
2. Upload the video or audio recording to your YouTube channel with “Rap Battle Contest for KingIce.com” in the title, description, and tags.
3. On YouTube, make your video a response video to this video: “$1500 Rap Battle | Hip Hop Music Contest | KingIce.com Jewelry”.
4. Post the link on our Facebook page.
The top most Liked videos in the battle will go to a panel of King Ice judges where we will select the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners. Videos/Songs will be judged based on quality lyrics and flow. Video not necessary, but it does help.
Prizes:
- 1st place: $1000
- 2nd place: $400
- 3rd place: $100
