TMZ reported that Kim’s tax issues amount to over $1,026,862.42, as indicated by the IRS. This has been the total amount of what the Queen Bee owed since 2002. It has been around $86,347.85 during 2009.

C.J. Kim’s publicist responded to the news claim in stating that, “It is a known fact that for some time TMZ has been running stories on celebrities or well-known persons of interest and providing the general public and media with publicly accessible information on random celebrities and their private matters with the internal revenue service, this [sic] does not come as a surprise, as it is Tax Season and is a sell-able media opportunity, it is for no other reason that Kimberly Jones (a/k/a: LIL’ KIM) is now the target of such random media scrutiny.

As it pertains to the story that was ran on TMZ(February 4,2012)regarding Lil’ Kim, we would like to inform fans, media, and the general public, that LIL’ KIM has hired professional attorneys to handle this matter(embellished by all standards via the media), and that she, along with her team of legal experts are working cooperatively and diligently with the I.R.S and federal authorities to amicably resolve the situation.”

Lil’ Kim was having money issues since 2002, where the amount owed increased as the years went by, without her settling her debt. However, the artist is taking measures to ensure the smooth flow of this debt in order to start anew.

Upon hearing of the misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge the rapper Kelly was arrested for, Diddy prompted to reach him out through Twitter when he said “@machinegunkelly WtF!!!!!! Call me at miami crib now!!!!! Everyone hit him and tell him to call me NOW!!!!! Pls thanks!!!!”

Rapper Kelly addressed the response and told MTV that “You can tell he’s, like, playful with it, but there’s a serious tone behind. I talked to Puff today, and he’s like, ‘It’s all good. Do what you do. You did what you had to do.’”

The situation nearly got out of hand when Diddy was misinformed of a second arrest. The alleged arrest involved Kells, MGK’s associate, was driving while drunk, eventually crashing the car.

Rapper Kelly defended himself and said that, “He thought I was in the car too, so he thought I got arrested twice. It was like the first arrest was cool, like, all right, he’ll let it slide. But when he [thought it was two arrests], he was like, ‘What the f—? You got arrested two times? Something is wrong with you, man.’ He was, like, spazzing out. Handler confirmed a leaked photo that showed her kissing the rapper’s cheeks. During an appearance on Howard Stern’s Sirius XM radio show, she spoke about the relationship. She said that they did date for a few months until R&B singer Ciara showed interest in the rapper.

This was prompted during a scheduled appearance of Ciara on “Chelsea Lately”, where 50 Cent told Handler that Ciara had feelings for the rapper and wanted to reconcile. Handler did not take the communication lightly and she hasn’t spoken to 50 Cent since that incident.

The host of Chelsea Lately said that she was frustrated at 50 Cent when she shared that, “You’re telling me this girl wants to get back with you but she’s upset that you’re dating me? Like I said… you’re a street person basically something along the lines of being a gangster. And it was really, really offensive and I hung up and I’ve never spoken to him again.”

Murray said out right that, “That’s some dumb shit to say that I beat Tupac Shakur up.” However, he did mention that in an interview that he and Shakur had a heated argument regarding the intention of Murray and LL Cool J’s “I Shot Ya”. It ended peacefully where Murray defended that the rumors were due to media outlets taking his words out of context.

The Def Squad emcee also continued by saying that, “I want to give a shout out to Afeni Shakur, she may have seen it. If you look at the clip, you’ll see that I never said that I beat Tupac up; I said that we squared off in the House of Blues because when he got shot, he thought that we all made that record ‘I Shot Ya’ with LL Cool J about him. When I seen him, I said, ‘Nah, we ain’t talking about you,’ we shook hands at the end of the night and that was that… I would never disrespect Tupac. When I first met him, it was in New York. I seen him, and I said, ‘You the s**t,’ and he said, ‘No, you the s**t.’”

Murray also said that he disliked how his words were misinterpreted because they were used out of context. He clarified that the whole video clip showing the argument ended quite well.

In answering what he could have done over again, he said, “I wouldn’t have been so aggressive.”

Rick Ross apparently canceled his performance at the Calabar Festival and there were no news about reimbursement of the performance fees. This angered the government because of how unfair it was for the many fans who expected his appearance and performance.

InformationNigeria.org indicates that Ross canceled without prior notice, failing to notify the organizers of the concert with his intent. He did not reimburse people for the performance fees, because accordingly, it had already been cashed.

It is not currently known why Rick Ross canceled the show; however, it is not related to his surgeries or recent seizures. More updates on the issue shall be in store for people to know the real reason behind Rick Ross bailing out in Nigeria.

The Cross River State government hired lawyers in the United States as a response to the breach of contract of the rapper. The government officially released a statement on via Blackberry Messenger with the intention to bring justice to the fans who anticipated the concert.

Rick Ross was to perform in Nigeria during the month-long festival on December 28, 2011.

Detective Quinn said that “I got a call today from Vinson’s attorney and he said he wished to turn himself in. There were are at least 30 people in the studio at the time of the shooting. They should get in touch with me. We want the facts. It’s the right thing to do.”
Rapper Slim Dunkin was supposed to shoot a music video with Gucci Mane when Dunkin had an argument with another person in the building. The argument got heated and the Dunkin was hit in the chest, which killed him.

Police Major Keith Meadows said that, “Before the video shoot took place, it appears the victim and suspect got involved in a verbal altercation. We don’t know what that altercation was about. The suspect produced a weapon, discharged that handgun one time, striking the victim in the chest.”

The singer was previously with Murder Inc., but she was released from the label in 2009 after turmoil arose after Irv Gotti’s money laundering trial. Back then, she was a sensation, reaching the top of the music charts with tracks like “Foolish” and “Baby”. Her debut album sold 504,000 copies within the first week.

“I learned how to edit for the last DVD…I make all my selects, I sit in the chair…I am an editor as well. I have great editors, thank God. It is a lot of work. Especially when I’m trying to tell stories that are from so many moments of my life.”

She recently dropped a teaser single called Roman in Moscow, where she raps from her alter ego’s perspective “Roman Zolanski”.

“When I say it’s a teaser, it’s like a trailer to the movie, it’s like setting the stage and I just wanted to touch the surface. It’s the wackest thing on Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded.”

Nicki Minaj was nominated for Best New Artist for the 2012 Grammies. She said that there will be a video for the single coming soon, then went on further, explaining the song.

“Well, he was there [in Moscow] secretly because [alter ego] Martha wanted him to go there, so they put him in this thing with monks and nuns; they were trying rehabilitate him,” she continued. “But I can’t tell exactly what happened, you’ll just see it in the video format, but let’s just say he got out of there.”
