With his whole life involved in music, Texas-born talented rap artist Kenille has shown how experience can shape a Hip Hop artist with smooth rhythms and strong lyrics. Focusing on Hip hop and R&B music, Kenille has devoted his life in enhancing his music style.

With two popular mixtapes released entitled “Industry Ain’t Up to Pas Vol. 1″ and “Ying and Yang… Rap vs RandB”, Kenille continues to devote his talents into the industry that he has grown to love. Kenille anticipates his “Out Shoppin” mixtape that will establish his name in the Hip Hop industry.

Kenille told Urban Steez that his involvement in music has shaped who he has become today. He said that “when it came down to it, music is where my heart lies.” This kind of inspiration has made Kenille more focused in his career, and this brings the kind of music he wants to inspire his listeners with.

Kenille is a strong-willed person with that desire to give witty word play, structured punch lines, and thought-provoking words. This is exemplified with his desire to convey music as more than just sounds, but an essence that touches people’s hearts.

The rap artist focuses on bringing good music to people. Through this drive, he has established a strong foundation in the Hip Hop industry that is bent on the character that will allow people to appreciate music for what it really is, and now what it is made just to be. Kenille combines just that to create music that he knows that matters.

As a testament to creativity, style, and true music, Sah ril provides the makings of what it takes to become an independent hip hop artist. He combines a feat that takes on hip hop with a new edge in style where he unleashes this potential in music performances, paving the way into Hip Hop as a musician with a mission.

Sah ril started hip hop at 14, where he tried to rap. Because of his wit and charisma, Sah ril managed to captivate his friends, his first audience, and jump start a career that he will grow to love and continue to nourish.

Sah ril’s style is as he puts it, an effort to speak to the reality of a situation. He paves his music on that belief, with his words and wit to enhance the atmosphere. Together with his rhythms and tunes, Sah ril keeps it real.

He believes that Hip Hop is “the movement of the people and nothing more.” Hip Hop, as he puts it, is fueled by the people and he enjoys living in a time where the internet has paved the way for independent hip hop artists, like himself, to put his music to the people and still be heard.

The rapper’s major release is entitled “Back Where the Pain is 3″. He indicates that the release is a combination of an instrumental tape, short film, documentary, a pre-tape mixtape, and a duo album with fellow artist Bashir.

Sah ril is all about keeping things real and making sure that his music reflects that. In fact, when asked by Urban Steez what represents himself, he responded with “Stand naked before the world, and go mad with love”. Truly, this exemplifies the character and wit that the hip hop artist drives from. Keeping it real to keep things in motion.

Born and raised in New Jersey, Safe2woSay is combining his talent with his producing skills to create the lyrics and tunes that make his music worth listening to. He started off at 12, where he learned how music made him feel whole. With this, he began to appreciate Hip Hop as more than words but as emotions put together to create songs that tap into the audience and unveil what he wants to share to people.

“Safe2woSay”, the rapper says, is a testament to overcoming his fear of speaking anything. He said that he just wanted to move on and continue to live life to how he wants it to be, thus he adopted the name. He believed that it was okay to express your opinions, no matter what, leading to his stand as a hip hop artist built on principle and not just musical talent.

Recently releasing mixtapes “What Left Beats Mixtape” volumes 1, 2, and 3, Safe2woSay has given back to the Hip Hop community with these beats to help people out. He believes that Hip Hop is all about the community, helping each other to realize that music means more than just tunes and rap. He has decided to do that because he felt how difficult it was to work alone.

Safe2woSay believes that hard work and friends are needed to keep an artist going. It is important to maintain connections and with these, the future will simply unfold the way you want it. Currently, the rapper is working with a producer on a new mixtape, tentatively titled “S2S”, to unveil the potential that anyone can make it in the music industry, as long as they believe.

Muneshine released an album in 2010 together with Ghettosocks that professed his talent in rapping and composing, entitled “Twin Peaks”. Through this, Muneshine was able to establish frequent projects in Hip hop that enhanced his career.

The Hip Hop industry continues to grow and with Muneshine throwing his music style to wow the crowd, the Hip Hop industry has seen another star rise toward music fame. But Muneshine continues to hone his rapping skills as he spreads his talent throughout Canada and America. It is this dedication that makes him well on his way to success.

Fidel Cashflow, or Fidel Cash, is an up-and-coming rapper that grew up in the mean streets of New York City in Southside Queens. Critics have yet to put him with the likes of other rappers, thanks to his unique style and lyricism.

He is an entrepreneur, producing his own albums, publishes a magazine “Pure Cash Magazine” and has a promotions company. There’s little left that he has yet to touch on.

You can check out this track below from his latest album “Rude N Fly”.

Blueprint is more than just the name of this up-and-coming rapper/producer. He’s created a master plan that will enable him to connect with a larger fan base – something that all artists are looking for. It all started back in 2001, where he collaborated on a hip hop project called Soul Position with RJD2, a producer/DJ. Two projects he released through Rhymesayers Entertainment with RJ are The Unlimited EP and 8,000,000 Stories. He then went on to drop his first album called “1988″ back in 2004.

As a producer, he played around a lot with samples, using dark and soulful sounds and mixing them with hip hop beats. He eventually stopped sampling due to the many lawsuits emerging regarding copyrights of samples, which lead to the reinvention of himself, creating original content for his masterpieces. He used his growing disdain and cynicism for this world, pop culture and society to drive his musical journey.

What sets Blueprint apart from the rest is his love for hip hop and other genres of music. After getting writer’s block for his sophomore album, he came up with the idea of combining hip hop, electronic music and rock. This gave him the creative juices that he was craving. His sophomore album, Adventures in Counter-Culture, was finally released in the spring of 2011. This artist started off in a church choir and played in R&B bands during high school, and soon he could be one of the next top hip hop/alternative artists of this upcoming decade.

Below is a video from a track on his sophomore album, “Radio-Inactive”

Accordin’ to Ski Beatz, a producer/rapper that’s been around for decades, the hip hop industry is repeating history. In an interview with Planetlll, he talks of how 90s music was inspired by the 70s and how today’s music is now being inspired by 90s hip hop.

“Camp Lo is a perfect example of that sound. The 90’s is like the 70’s now,” Ski Beatz explained to PlanetIll.com. “You know what I mean? A lot of [people are] getting hip to that 90’s sound. I just came back from Paris yesterday and all they wanted to hear, they didn’t want to hear anything that was on the radio, all they wanted to hear me spin was all 1990’s music. You would’ve swore I was Kid Capri in Paris.”

He’s been working with Dame, who is now independent, so a lot of the sampling Ski Beatz was doing can’t be done for budget purposes. But they came up with a solution for that:

“Well, the original reason was we [had] an independent label and I was doing like a lot of sampling when I first hooked back up with Dame and he was like ‘Yo, we independent. We not gonna be able to clear the samples. We ain’t got no budget for this.’ So I said ‘Yo, we’ll just replay them.’ We’ll find some musicians and we’ll replay it,” said Ski. “But we took it a step further we got the musicians but turned the musicians into our band, our in-house band.”

And it looks like Ski Beatz will start spittin’ rhymes again for his upcoming project, “Karate School Part 3″.

“I might do something later. I think on this Karate School Part 3 I might do a feature on a track with somebody, it all depends. [I’ve been] rhyming lately so I might do it…That’s my first love I gotta do it,” he explained.

Wondering who really won the fight between Fabolous, aka Loso, and Ray-J? Well, as usual both have their own sides of the story. They shared their take on the fight between each other on hip hop radio shows– Ray J raved on 105.1’s The Breakfast Club, saying that Fabolous felt the bad side of his fist, and Loso vented to DJ Clue.

“This is not no big thing to me. It is what it is at this point,” Loso explained. “This s**t is more a war on drugs than it is war between Ray J and me. This n***a is high and coked up or on pills. His rant, I heard it [and] it’s hilarious to me. It’s a joke to me. I’m taking this serious on the side of where he thinks that I’m the n***a that he should do that to, but I’m laughing at his whole character. There’s nobody that believes that Ray J’s gangsta to that point unless he’s gonna prove it. At this point now, he’s going to have to prove all that funny s**t that he said…on The Breakfast Club.”

According to Loso, that he made a couple of jokes on Twitter regarding Ray J being with Floyd Mayweather, Jr. on HBO’s “24/7”, when Floyd says he’s about to have a concert in his living, and the camera cuts to Ray J singing on the piano – guess Loso found that funny and made a few tweets. He then went on to say that it didn’t seem like Ray J had any problems over these comments until later in the evening when things escalated right before Loso’s performance at Palms Casino. He even claims that Ray J didn’t throw not one punch (he has witnesses to back him). Wow… I guess hanging with Floyd Mayweather made Ray J think he could throw down.

” I came to Vegas for the fight [and] Diddy had a dinner, so Ray J comes to the dinner and when Ray J came in, he was like, ‘Yo Fab, you got me on Twitter,’ we laughed about it, joked about it…what he said was, the way they edited it, the ’24/7′ show…there was people there, everybody was in the living room. It still was funny, we still were joking…and what we were telling him was don’t be doing any concerts in a n***a’s living room…that’s not where we wanna see his career go. We all laughed about that, he was cool.”

Loso continued on to say, “I had a show here at the Palms [Casino] with Jadakiss and Styles P. I’m walking down the hallway to the show…I see 50 [Cent] against the wall, I see Floyd against the wall, and I see Brandy’s brother…I give 50 [Cent] a dap, I’m going to give Floyd a dap, and Ray J chimes in and says, ‘Yo, my n***a I’m here with the Money Team…and we were talking about the jokes, and a n***a wasn’t feeling the jokes.’ I’m laughing, I’m thinking he’s continuing the talk from the dinner…but I’m laughing with him anyways…and I go to speak to Floyd, and [Ray J]‘s still chiming in my ear…so I ask, ‘Yo, Ray J, what’s wrong? Are you serious?’…while he’s talking to me, he’s touching my shoulder, tapping me on the chest…so I’m like, ‘Don’t touch me no more’…and then, from there, he leaned back [and] pushed off of my chest. So when he pushed off of me, I jumped back to him and grabbed him up. There was no fight, there was no swing…that n***a was on that Whitney last night.”

Check out Loso in the footage below:

How could we ever forget the battle between two of the biggest rap artists of our generation, between Nas and Jay-Z? Well, the debate between who won the 2003 battle still goes on between the opposing views of Jadakiss and Kendrick Lamar. Everyone has their views on who won, but who can dare say that “Ether” by Nas wasn’t a hot track?

The argument may never truly be done on whether Jay-Z or Nas won the rap battle, but here is what Jadakiss had to say.

“I didn’t really like the ‘Takeover’ beat,” admitted Jadakiss. “But the words—you know what the words are! It’s like the Declaration of Independence on the battle tip. What he’s saying is crazy. I like the laaaaayyyyymmmmme part. It was heavy, but Nas’ ‘Ether’ sits on the mantle when it comes to battle songs.”

He then added an “A-Plus grade” for the song Ether.

On the other end, Kendrick Lamar had this to say, “Truthfully, I felt like everybody wanted to go against Jay-Z because Nas was the underdog. But I was riding with Jay because he was saying more facts. ‘Ether’ was powerful, but I always thought Jay had the upper hand.”

It seems this will be a lifelong battle that will not end unless the two of them have a rematch that gives one or the other the title. Who do you think won the rap battle between Nas and Jay-Z?
