While the 23-year-old singer was performing in Barbados for the Carnival, called Kadooment Day Parade that took place earlier this week. She was spotted dancing up close and personal with Negus, and sources say that the two have been pretty much inseparable her entire visit. The two have also been seen together at Rihanna’s estate.

“Negus has hardly left her side. He was her first true love. The ladies here all love him – they call him the Love God. They’ve hooked up in the past when she’s been back in Barbados but now things have progressed into a proper relationship again.”

Rihanna and Negus used to date back when she was a teen looking to make it big. The two split up after she left to the States to jumpstart her musical career. Then tabloids reported that she was on the rebound with Negus after the breakup between her and Chris Brown.

No one from Rihanna’s party have commented on these recent reports, so these are in fact still rumors. But pictures don’t lie!

Rihanna, who was first reluctant of using Twitter, tweeted throughout the day on June 11th, thanking PTC for making her YouTube video a big success. It received over 20 million views.

And I love u guys even more… there’s video/movie/TV world and there’s real life!” For those who understand the message behind the clip, she stated, “I’m just impressed that u kids know the difference! Even with all of the controversy and complaints from PTC, Rihanna’s fans understood the video’s underlying message. Rihanna also tweeted:

“In making that into a mini-movie or a video, we needed to go back to why it happened, because obviously she’s not a cold-blooded killer…and we decided to hone in on a very serious matter that people are afraid to address.”

“Can you help me find a lifesaver for baby Ayelet and other patients? Get swabbed (tested) because maybe you can save a life!”
Fifty cent was next in line to get his cheek swabbed. Other celebs that got swabbed include Pharrell Williams, Linkin Park and Leighton Meester, star from Gossip Girls.

This isn’t the first time that RiRi has tried to save a life. Back in 2009, she used her profile to attempt to save the life of a six-year-old who had leukemia, named Jasmina Anema. She even televised it, standing next to the young girl’s bedside to help bring awareness to the need for donors. Jasmine passed away in January 2009. Rihanna expressed her remorse:

“I am incredibly heartbroken that Jasmina has passed away. She was such a brave and special child. She showed me more strength and spirit that many adults I have met. I feel blessed that I was able to have her in my life and know that through her example, she has saved many lives. She was truly an angel on earth.”

Rihanna served as the top contender in the Billboard Music Awards, with 18 categories of nominations, such as the Top Female Artist, Top R&B Artist, Top 100 Artist, and Top Dance/Electronic Artist. She is going on a tour later this year, “Loud,” in honor of her newly released album.

Close behind in the nomination lead is Eminem, garnering the nomination in 16 categories such as the Top Artist, Top Rap Artist, Top Male Artist, and the Top Billboard 200 Artist among others.
“Love the Way You Lie”, the collaboration between Eminem and Rihanna, placed Rihanna in six categories in this annual event.
The two top selling artists are bringing in the fame with their hot singles that are hitting the charts. With Rihanna and Eminem clearly showing much potential, the Billboard Music Awards are in for a blast!

Lady Gaga was also another contender with 12 nominations. Lady Gaga has chances of winning an award for her album, “The Fame.”
The Billboard Music Awards focused on social network activity, streaming activity, and chart profile, which put Rihanna and Eminem at the top. Results are in this May 22, 8 PM, ABC where awarding will take place in the MGM Grand Garden in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Yesterday, Rihanna decided to show up at the perfume launch with one of her alter-egos and thankfully it was a good-girl look. She had a sweet and innocent appearance, wearing an outfit that resembles a get-up you’d find in a barbie collection. Rihanna showed up to Macy’s in Lakewook with a head-to-toe Prada outfit and flamey red hair. Her silver puffball skirt left her legs revealed and her silver button-up neck-high shirt left her midriff bare. She signed perfume bottles and posed for the cameras. She giggled and danced around as she posed and met with her fans.

She released an advert for the fragrance, ‘daring, sexy and truly memorable’. She even has a commercial where she is running through a mirrored maze of an enchanted garden, wearing a peach cocktail gown that has a train and a feather bustle. During the ad, she turns into her darker version — the tagline is ‘Good feels so bad, bad feels so good’. After the Brit Awards, she was asked again to tone down her lyrics to a risque song S&M. They had to alter her original lyrics, ‘Sex in the air, I don’t care. I love the smell of it.’ The perfume bottle has a the shape of a high heel and offers a fruity scent, mixed with violet, hibiscus, tuberose and coconut water.
