I received my order of the chucky pendant/necklace, which I was really excited as I've always wanted a necklace with chucky doll on it. Once I opened my package I noticed the chucky doll pendant was broken from the head/neck and the body. I reached out to Route as I paid for shipping insurance, which they've now informed me that I'll get a refund instead of a new replacement necklace shipped to me. That was about a week ago, I still haven't received my refund(via PayPal, they say that's how they issue refunds) nor a replacement necklace, which all I wanted was for a new chucky necklace sent out to make up for the broken one. My other necklace I got was perfectly fine, which was the Knuckles pendant necklace. No damage to that one. So KingIce can you please get ahold of me to resolve this on going issue. As I'm a loyal, longstanding customer, and really don't want this issue to stop the consumer relationship between us!
