What is your warranty policy on the jewelry?
KING ICE guarantees that items we ship to you will be the quality, weight, size and style described herein. If any item you receive is not substantially the same as described, upon our receipt of the nonconforming item in new condition and accompanied by all documents we shipped to you with the item, at the option of KING ICE, KING ICE will either replace the item with an item that is substantially as described herein or refund all amounts you paid, including shipping and handling costs.

How do I place an order?

How Does Encryption Work?
Encryption is based on a key that has two different parts. The public part and the private part. The public part of the key is distributed to those you want to communicate with. The private part is for the recipient's use only.

That means, if at any point during the transmission your information is intercepted, it is scrambled and very difficult to decrypt. Once KING ICE receives your encrypted personal information, we use the private part of our key to decode it.

Can my order be shipped to different addresses?
No, we only ship to billing address that is on the credit card issuing bank's record. Please note that the billing address information has to match your credit card information in order to process the payment.

How should I clean my sterling silver jewelry?
Since most of our sterling silver jewelry has a Rhodium plating, they will not tarnish like silver jewelry without it. Therefore, it only needs to be cleaned with jewelry cloth in order to remain shiny. Click here for jewelry polishing cloth at our store. The cloth is chemically treated with non-toxic cleaning and polishing agents especially formulated for fine silver in order to restore the luster of the silver. However, using any "silver dip" or acidic solution to clean it will damage the plating.
