Across all major online bracket games, only ONE NCAA Tournament bracket is left standing. 40 year old, Gregg Nigl of Ohio, is the creator of the only perfect bracket, as of this morning. “It’s really unbelievable. I didn’t expect this at all. It was the fourth bracket I filled out. I almost didn’t fill it out It’s kind of a fluke,” Nigl shared with ABC 7 News. The neuropsychologist has unbelievably predicted the outcome of all 48 games thus far and is the only bracket to ever enter the Sweet 16 in the last five years.
And guess who has winning the entire thing? Gonzaga - over Kentucky!

King Ice has built its reputation on quality. And we recognize quality not only when we see it, but when we hear it as well. Whether its mainstream, or indie, good music is good music and we’re here to share the hottest records we come across on the World Wide Web - on a weekly basis.
To kick things off, we take you to the Midwest where VELA$ gives us a dose of a much needed “Nite Cap.” By way of Brazil, the St. Louis upstart captivates listeners with a hypnotizing production, crafted by Audio Chef, that haunts us with its taunting woodwind loops, and gritty drums. VELA$ shares that he’s in need of a nite cap cos he’s “been staying up till 3 now. Bad b*tch with me, we gon run the scene now.”
Next stop is the DMV, as Maryland’s own, AUNZ, takes on The Weeknd’s “Thursday” with his own remix titled, “ON THURS.” With his new album currently streaming on all platforms, AUNZ pairs the audio with fresh visuals directed by Jayson King and edited by Ryan Green.
As we head out to the Left Coast, we take a detour in Nevada, as Las Vegas transplant, Tru.Starr, finally unleashes his long-awaited project, “Smoke Break.” To close out 2018, Tru.Starr released a short film (with the same title) that featured a few singles off the album. Listening to Tru.Starr is both nostalgic and refreshing, as he effortlessly fuses old school soul with a new school attitude.
On the mainstream side of things, Future unloaded new bangers on “The WIZRD,” his seventh solo album. On the 20-track project, Future introduces us to his new persona with the help of Wheezy, Tay Keith, 808, and Southside, providing the musical backdrop. Standout record, “First Off,” features Travis Scott, who’s just one of three guest features on the project.
Back in New York, Brooklyn and Harlem make some noise as Desiigner and Dave East combine forces on “RIICH” produced by HitMakerDot and Chuck Taylor. Both rappers hold their own weight in their respective verses. From the city known for its hustle, Desiigner and East rap about their come-up, how to get the bag, and women.
“Woke” has become a trendy word in this day but with good intent. People are encouraging others to “stay woke” because, honestly, there’s a lot of BS going around in our society right now. Gearing up for a big year ahead, 2 Chainz unleashed a lyric video for his latest freestyle, “Stay Woke.” The freestyle comes as the ATL kingpin readies his new album, “Rap or Go to the League” - which has been delayed for some time now. Produced by Buddha Bless, “Stay Woke” takes a sample from INOJ’s “My Boo.”
“Look in the mirror, I say I did it myself. But God right there, he know I needed some help. I seen’em follow trends lil they end up broke. Read a book, change they diet, talking about stay woke.”
With an abundance of talented newcomers, and heavyweights that continue to push the culture forward, Hip Hop remains a force to be reckoned with. And here at King Ice, we continue to honor the culture with pieces such as our latest, commemorating the late Notorious B.I.G. The “Dream” Necklace features a “Dream” pendant that is covered in 14K gold plating with a VVS Diamond Simulate. Each Dream Drip necklace comes with a 6mm stainless steel rope chain - keeping the aesthetics Hip Hop inspired.
Showing love to both coasts, our official "Death Row Records" collaborative piece is also a Hip Hop must have.
As one of our most requested pieces, the Death Row necklace is solid 14K gold (48.0 grams) with genuine diamonds (1.03 ct), pieced with a solid 14K Cuban chain (35 grams). Each piece comes with a limited edition King Ice storage box and a Certificate of Authenticity.
