Each medallion is covered in clear and ruby red VVS Diamond Simulates that contrast the 14K Gold plating and white gold finish. The infamous "C" is layered on top of the simulates with a slight 3-D effect. Each medallion is accompanied by a 5mm, 20" Miami Cuban Chain.
