- Lost/Missing packages
- Stolen packages
- Items damaged in shipping (does not include issues related to defects)

- Can't be delivered on weekends
- Can't be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders
- International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, handling, and/or other charges by the country of import. These fees are not included in the cost of your order and are not reimbursed by King Ice.
- Customs regulations in the U.S.A. require that we display the full product value on the package, even if the product was purchased at a discount). Please check with your country’s customs office to determine any additional costs before placing your order.
- Estimated times are provided by the mail carrier and are NOT guaranteed
- Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico may require additional fees and shipping time
- Lost Packages: King Ice gives mail carriers the entire shipping time frame before taking further actions, at which point we are happy to open a claim with the carrier on your behalf 626-339-3642
- Exchanges and Refunds will be accepted within 14 days of the purchase date or 7 days for Solid Gold Chains.
- After 14 days only exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Returned products must be unworn and in sellable condition. Damaged or modified products (scratches, personalization, etc.) can not be returned.
- Shipping will only be refunded in the case of defective products.
- Solid Gold Pendants, Grillz, Earrings, One-Hitters, Mystery Boxes, and Sale Items are final sale and can not be returned.

Tarnish Resistant Lifetime Guarantee
Products labeled tarnish-resistant are guaranteed to not tarnish for life. Should your piece tarnish we will offer a one-time replacement.
Please note that while these pieces come with tarnish-resistant coatings, they still require the same care as all jewelry does. Please visit our learning page for how to care for your jewelry. Pieces that have been exposed to harsh chemicals or not cared for properly will not be covered.
To submit a tarnish-resistant replacement request please send us an email using the link below and include your name, order number, and clear photos that show any tarnishing.

HOW CAN I BE SURE MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED?

HOW IS SALES TAX CALCULATED FOR MY ORDER?
Taxes vary from state to state and is determined by the SHIPPING address on your order. We collect tax only within California.
WHY DOES MY TRACKING NUMBER NOT SHOW ANY UPDATES?
A tracking number for your order will be emailed to you shortly after an order is placed. If you have received a tracking number, that means your package is in transit. We would be more than happy to confirm your order, just give us a call 626-339-3642
CAN I MAKE A CHANGE TO MY ORDER?
Yes, if the order has not shipped yet. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us at 626-339-3642 as soon as possible. Changes are not possible after the order has shipped
CAN I PICK A DIFFERENT CHAIN THAN WHAT COMES WITH A PENDANT?
No. Our pendants are sold as a set, paired with the proper width chain.
DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM JEWELRY?
We do not currently offer custom jewelry
HOW WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
Your credit card will be charged once your order is submitted. All orders are processed in USD, using the latest exchange rates.
DO YOU ACCEPT CYPTOCURRENCIES?
Currently we can accept Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, DAI, Ethereum, Litecoin, or USD Coin. We will continue to add more as they become available to us.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
King Ice ships worldwide excluding Brazil, Indonesia, Morocco and parts of Africa. Please see our shipping page to check rates.
International forwarding services: King Ice is responsible for your package until it is marked delivered. If you experience any issues after your package has been marked delivered please contact the forwarding service.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?
Orders that are marked fraudulent by our payment processors will be automatically canceled. King Ice will never cancel a legitimate order without reaching out. If your order was canceled it's likely that we reached out and did not hear back. The most common cancelations are duplicate orders.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
King Ice provides a 30-day return policy on all products purchased, except special order items. If any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simple notify us by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone and we will immediately issue a return address with detailed instruction. IMPORTANT: All sales items are final and cannot be returned. Shipping and handling charges paid initially will be deducted from the purchase price, unless the return is due to our error. The following terms must be met by you:
- Return the merchandise to us within 14 days of your original purchase date for a refund or 30 days for an exchange.
- A 15% restocking fee is charged on all refunds.
- All sales items are final
- Products can be exchanged only one time within the 30 days of purchase
- The products must be returned in new, resalable condition.
- You must include all packaging materials.
- You must pay for any return shipping expense. We recommend using standard shipping under the United States Postal Service to return the item due to our PO Box return location that only accepts USPS mail.
- Display the order # prominently on the outside of the box to avoid delays to your refund.
- King Ice will replace defective items up to 2 times. If the second replacement item is defective then King Ice requires that the item be sent back and we will refund your original order.
HOW CAN I BE SURE OF THE AUTHENTICITY OF YOUR JEWELRY?
King Ice takes quality very seriously. Authentic King Ice pieces will have a King Ice stamp or Lion Tag. King Ice offers both solid gold and gold plated jewelry. Material information can be found in the details section of any product page.
