Giolì & Assia aren’t just musicians or DJ, they’re lovers representing the LGBTQ community all around the world. Hailing from Sicily, Italy, the dynamic duo has an incredibly loyal fanbase, touching the masses with their unique signature melting pot of sounds, from techno to house to their go-to instrument: the handpan.
Equipped with love, passion, and dedication, Giolì & Assia are proud to be releasing music on Ultra Records, most recently dropping “Quedate” ahead of their MOON FACES EP. ICYMI, they also performed an epic live set on top of an active volcano in Milazzo, Sicily.

How would you describe your fashion sense?
Assia: We really like fashion and the fashion industry, we hope in the future we have more opportunities to combine our music career with our fashion career. We like Louis Vitton and Burberry most because of the colors. I really like Versace a lot.
Gioli: It's a different way to express ourselves better. In music, everyone has their own style.
Go-to jewelry accessories?
Gioli: Cartier, Rolex. I don’t have one but if I had to say, maybe. [laughs] My father’s in love with Rolexes. One day, I want to do buy myself one. I’m not fond of any particular one.
Assia: I usually don't wear so much stuff. I love rings, any kind. I don't like bracelets because it’s super constricting, they hurt my arms. I definitely prefer rings.
Someone asked if you’re going to start your own fashion line.
Assia: It’s our goal too. We have our own label called Diesis Records, it’d be nice to combine that label into our fashion brand as well. We’ll definitely work on that in the future.
